The holiday home for 11 persons has five bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, five single beds and two double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a DVD player, a heather and a TV. In addition there is a garden, an air conditioner, a barbecue, a swimming pool, a table tennis table, a boules court and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five showers, five washbasins, five toilets, five bidets and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

This luxurious multi-level villa on Strada Comunale di Celli 50–54 in Peccioli accommodates up to ten guests in five bedrooms. The ground floor features an entrance hall, living room with satellite TV, fireplace, DVD player, and dining room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. Also on this level are a double bedroom and two bathrooms with showers. The first floor includes three bedrooms and two more bathrooms. A second living area on the top floor offers a quiet retreat. Comfort is ensured year-round with central heating, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A fenced private garden of 5,000 m² boasts furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, parasol, parking, and a seasonal private pool. Outdoor fun includes a boules court, table tennis, bicycles, play equipment, football goal, and ironing board and iron provided.

The villa blends spacious communal areas, multiple living rooms and dining spaces, with plenty of privacy in the bedrooms. The expansive outdoor landscape encourages al fresco meals, pool-side relaxation, and games for all ages, enhanced by modern climate control and laundry facilities.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
