The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds or two single beds, two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a table tennis table, a boules court, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a swimming pool, a garden, a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers, three washbasins, three bidets, three toilets, a hairdryer and a bath.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a playground equipment and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stovetop, an oven and a coffee maker.

This elegant multi-level villa at Via Vittorio Veneto 41–45 in Fabbrica (Peccioli) accommodates families and groups with ease. The ground floor welcomes you with an entrance to a living room complete with flatscreen satellite TV, fireplace, seating, and DVD player. A dining room leads to a well-equipped kitchen. Also on this level is a flexible bedroom with option for single or double beds, a bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer, and a study. Central heating, air conditioning, cot, and a terrace complement the comfort, while upstairs offers four additional bedrooms.

The villa balances social gathering and private retreat beautifully. Shared spaces like the kitchen, living and dining rooms encourage connection, while multiple bedrooms and the study allow quiet downtime. Outdoors, a fenced private garden with furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, parasol, and private terrace invite relaxed afternoons under shady skies. The private 12×4 m pool (open May–October) offers a refreshing oasis. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
