Private: property 130 ha (fenced), garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees. In the house: washing machine, heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station 20 km, sandy beach 40 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Riding stable 10 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
