In the hamlet tra i più belli d' Italia, in the centre of Palazzuolo Sul Senio, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: children's playground, planted inner courtyard. In the house: washing machine, heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Public parking 30 m. E-charging station. Grocery, restaurant, bar, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 300 m. Tennis, minigolf 250 m, riding stable 4 km, sports centre, children's playground 250 m, fishing possibilities 50 m. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
