In a hamlet 2.3 km from the centre of Forcoli, 7.5 km from the centre of Peccioli, on top of a hill, 45 km from the sea, 45 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool kidney-shaped fenced (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. 100 m steep footpath to the house. Parking on the premises. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
