The Germoglio holiday apartment is located in the upper part of Giannella (Albinia Saltworks), directly on the seafront and beach (20 m). It is situated on the second floor of a small residence nestled in a pine forest and offers magnificent sea views from the Argentario peninsula across the island of Giglio, and on clear days, as far as Corsica.

The newly renovated apartment opens directly into the living room, furnished with a table and chairs, a small sofa, a large chest of drawers, a television, and a large French window leading to the balcony overlooking the sea. To the left is a small but well-equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Adjacent to the bathroom is the bedroom with a double bed, also with direct access to the balcony and a sea view.

The residence is located on a fenced property (with an automatic gate) and is surrounded by a small pine forest. The property offers ample free parking and plenty of space for children to play. In Albinia, just 1.5 km away, you'll find all the essential services for your stay: supermarkets, shops of all kinds, a bank, a post office, restaurants, bars, and more.

The apartment's location is also ideal for reaching the Argentario Peninsula and Porto Santo Stefano (13 km), from where you can take a trip to the island of Giglio. Talamone is 15 km away, the thermal baths of Saturnia are 46 km away, and the many other attractions of the Maremma and Tuscany are easily accessible.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
