L'aia di Maria is the perfect base for those who decide to spend their holidays in complketo relax in close contact with nature. Originally a tractor shed, in 2007 we renovated it and in 2017 we embarked on this new experience

On the ground floor you will find a living room/kitchen with a brick fireplace, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a small bedroom; going up a few steps you will reach the upper floor where you will find an attic with a beautiful skylight, a double bed, a bathroom with tub and a laundry room

In front of the house you will find a fully fenced farmyard with wooden fence and netting, ideal for those who have pets with them. In the courtyard you will find a charcoal barbecue, a carport with two parking spaces, garden loungers, a table for eating outside and some games for the children

The house is in a quiet area ideal for those who want to spend their holidays in complete relaxation

The house is 20 km from Siena, 20 km from Montalcino and the Val d'Orcia and the Crete Senesi. In 1h by car you can reach Florence and for those who want to go to the sea or to the mountains (Monte Amiata) it will take 1 hour. A stone's throw from the house you can visit the Castle of Murlo with its Etruscan museum, the village of Vescovado di Murlo is 1 km away

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
