There are two fully equipped kitchens with two stoves and refrigerators, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The villa also has two tiled bathrooms, two toilets, and a large cellar (formerly a wine cellar) with a living area and a sofa bed. The courtyard features oleander trees and other plants. Amenities include internet access, a baby cot and highchair, a hairdryer, a library, a fireplace, heating, and a radio/CD player. Fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are installed as required. The villa is 12 km from Siena, 50 km from the sea, and 5 km from the river. Arezzo, Volterra, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, and hot springs are all within easy reach.
