"Casa Piccola" offers 35 square meters of living space for two people and features a spacious, open-plan layout with a small, well-equipped kitchenette and a terrace overlooking the swimming pond. Amenities include internet access, satellite TV, and a private outdoor grill.

Our estate, Podere Scopeto, is situated on a fenced, well-maintained property of approximately 2 hectares, encompassing vineyards, olive groves, a garden, woods, and fields. In summer, you can enjoy delicious tomatoes from the garden, and herbs grow all around the house. It's a beautiful oasis just 15 minutes from Siena. In addition to Casa Piccola, our main house and another guest house are located on the property. During the summer months, our guests have access to a swimming pond with an 8 x 16 meter swimming area.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
