The "Guest House" apartment (80 m²), which extends over two floors, has a private entrance via the courtyard. The main room on the ground floor includes a living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchen, and a dining area. From here, a staircase leads to the mezzanine, which has a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
On the second floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot. The ceiling features typical Sienese beams, and the furniture is in typical Tuscan style.
Outside the apartment, there is a private area with a pergola, chairs, a parasol, and a table in the property's courtyard.
A large garden with cypresses, oaks, linden trees, and Mediterranean plants and flowers surrounds the house. The 6 x 12 m swimming pool is located on a pergola-covered terrace, offering beautiful views of the forest and meadows. The surrounding 2 hectares of land are planted with olive and fruit trees. The estate is situated at an altitude of 350 m and enjoys a very sunny location.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
