The holiday home for 10 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a balcony, an air conditioner, a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private) and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Splendid villa suitable for up to 10 people, originally a 17th century watchtower, with magnificent views over the Tuscan hills. Enjoy the view with a good glass of wine at any time of day, but especially at sunset.

Renovated over the centuries and recently restored, the house still retains the traditional features of a typical Tuscan country house.

The property boasts a large garden with a gazebo full of olive trees, fruit trees and flowers, as well as a swimming pool (150 cm deep, 6 x 12 m, open from mid-April to mid-October) and a Jacuzzi (available on request). Here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside while relaxing in the pool or hot tub. On a slightly lower garden level, there is a lovely gazebo with a table for 10 and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.

For sports enthusiasts, there is a small football pitch (max. 10 players), a ping-pong table and the possibility of wonderful long walks in the oak woods surrounding the property.

The 250 m² villa is a typical Tuscan stone house with rustic-style elements such as wooden and terracotta floors and wrought-iron details, but lacking modern comforts such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi and a not-so-beautiful whirlpool bath.

Simply furnished, the villa has two floors.

Ground floor: a reading room with stereo system, a lovely living/dining room with an antique fireplace and satellite TV, DVD player, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer and ice machine, microwave, American coffee machine, moka, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle, dishwasher).

First floor: two double rooms with private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Two twin rooms (which can be converted into a double room) with private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

The Tower: independent entrance from the rest of the villa. The original and oldest part of the property has a small living room and a bathroom with shower (hairdryer) on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a large terrace with a breathtaking view of the valley.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
