The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, electric kettle, cooker, hood, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer, ensuring effortless meal preparation. A thoughtfully designed bedroom with a double bed and TV offers a restful retreat, while the spacious bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer for convenience. Outside, guests can unwind in the lush surroundings, enjoying garden furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol for moments of leisure. The shared swimming pool (12 x 6 m), open from May to October, invites visitors to cool off under the Tuscan sun. A range of activities awaits, including play equipment and bicycles available for exploration. Dining experiences are just steps away, with restaurants located 400 meters from the property serving authentic Tuscan cuisine featuring fresh ingredients and regional flavors. Guests can also visit the nearby markets and general supply stores (1 km away) for local produce to prepare meals in the comfort of their farmhouse.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 40,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
