The holiday home for 17 persons has eight bathrooms and eight bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a terrace, a garden (fenced), a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

This quiet holiday home is surrounded by greenery and located in the Bobolino district. It offers a beautiful view of the valley and the town of Montelupo Fiorentino.

Outside you will find a terrace equipped with garden furniture: the ideal place to relax and enjoy delicious meals. A barbecue is also available. Outside there is also an enclosed swimming pool (non-swimmers' pool: 90 cm deep, 2x5 m; swimmers' pool: 1.5 m deep, 12x5 m) for your exclusive use, as well as sun loungers and parasols. The holiday house is surrounded by a large communal garden, in which there is also a wooden playhouse for children. Outside, there are orchards and various plants. Here guests are invited to pick flowers and ripe fruit.

The holiday home has a total of six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room. The living space extends over two levels. The kitchen is on the ground floor and is equipped with an oven, refrigerator with freezer, gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, etc. On the ground floor there are a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of which have a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. This bedroom is only accessible from the outside; one bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower in the corridor. On request, a third bed can be added in this room. The bathrooms are equipped with a bidet, towel warmer and hairdryer. Each of the four bedrooms has access to the outside area, i.e. the garden and the large terrace. In addition, there is a television in each of these rooms. On request, we can provide up to two cots for children up to three years old free of charge. On the first floor there is a large, bright living room with large windows and a large terrace offering a splendid view of Montelupo and Capraia. In the living room there is a TV (satellite TV). On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a triple bedroom with private bathroom with shower in the hallway.

Der Ort Montelupo Fiorentino ist ca. 2 km entfernt und gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Zug, Bus) angeschlossen. Die Entfernung zum Flughafen von Florenz beträgt 24 km. Florenz ist mit dem Zug innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreichbar, Mailand und Rom sind innerhalb von zwei Stunden erreichbar. Die Entfernung zu Pisa beträgt 60 km. Die Entfernung zur Autobahn beträgt 0,8 km.

Das Ferienhaus ist über eine private Straße zugänglich. Es verfügt über drei Photovolatikanlagen, einen solarthermischen Kollektor und über ein Regenwasserauffangsystem. Auf Anfrage bietet der Vermieter einen Transfer vom/zum Flughafen an (Preise nach Absprache).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
