General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heater and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a balcony, a garden and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath with shower, three toilets, three washbasins, two showers and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave and an oven.

Designed for ultimate comfort, the farmhouse offers four spacious bedrooms and four corresponding bathrooms, ensuring privacy for every guest. High-quality cotton linens, room-darkening blinds, and essential safety features like smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are standard. Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. Traveling with children is made easy with a cot and high chair provided. Practical amenities like a free washing machine, central heating, and free WiFi ensure a seamless stay.

Step outside to your private Tuscan oasis. The large, outdoor swimming pool is exclusively yours and is available seasonally from May to October, surrounded by sun loungers and a spacious garden. For safety, diving is forbidden, and we kindly request that no glass is used at the pool. Please respect the peace of the hills; loud music and parties are not allowed. Note that charging electric cars on the property is not permitted due to local restrictions. Upon departure, we kindly ask that the provided black rubbish bin be emptied and cleaned. Though secluded, you are ideally placed for exploring Tuscany's gems.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
