The villa has 3 very large double bedrooms with the possibility of adding cots for children; 3 spacious bathrooms with shower cubicles and two dining rooms equipped with kitchens but also with two comfortable sofa beds. One of the three bedrooms with bathroom is detached from the villa because it is located with an independent access on the ground floor.
The particularly elegant and well-kept furnishings will make your stay unforgettable.

A private and well-kept park of 2000 square metres is the strong point of the residence. The park is totally fenced off and creates a lot of privacy within the property and becomes an extremely safe area for children. The 33 square metre swimming pool and its sunbeds and deckchairs are for your exclusive use, as are the 3 large gazebos. A 16 square metre gazebo is used as a relaxation and shade area for the pool area. The main gazebo of the property is 30 square metres, located close to the entrance of the house, as well as the large masonry barbecue, equipped with a majestic travertine table where it is possible to set up to 12 places at the table; under the large gazebo you will also find a large baroque sofa at your disposal to relax while admiring the unforgettable panorama given by the sunset over the hill of Montecarlo.

The particularity of this holiday home is total relaxation, privacy, the surrounding countryside becomes a sensorial experience, made of panoramic sunsets and unforgettable scents. Attention to every single detail ensures that nothing is left to chance both for the furnishings and the surrounding park. The owners will be at your disposal to advise you on your day trips and food and wine excursions, as in Tuscany you will find much to see but even more to taste and drink.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
