General

The holiday home for 13 persons has eight bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is fitness equipment, an air conditioner, a garden (fenced), a sauna, a table tennis table, a barbecue and a swimming pool (private). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a tumble dryer.

The Villa is recently built (year 2018), in modern style. It is located in the municipality of Monsummano Terme (PT), only 1 km from the main services (supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bank, bar, tobacconist, etc.). Perfect for spending a quiet holiday immersed in the Tuscan countryside, but also for those who want to visit art cities such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Vinci or the sea of Versilia and visit cities such as Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio,... It consists of a total of 5 rooms: 3 triple rooms and 1 double room on the first floor and 1 double room on the ground floor accessible to the disabled, each with private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, independent heating and air conditioning; all to accommodate up to 13 people (plus any cots for children to be added in the room). On the ground floor there is a kitchen for shared use, a living area with tables/chairs, sofa and armchairs, bar corner with fridge, satellite TV. From here there is access to a paved outdoor area used as a living/dining area covered by a wooden pergola, where there is also a barbecue. In the SPA area there is an indoor heated whirlpool bath (dimensions 3.80 m x 2.5 m x H 1 m) with a panoramic view of the outside, sauna (4 sq m), Turkish bath (4 sq m), 2 heated relaxation beds, 2 changing rooms with toilets and showers + 1 bathroom with access for the disabled. From here a lift takes you to the upper floor where there is a fitness/gym area with satellite TV. The Villa has independent heating and air conditioning, adjustable in every room, as well as a fresh air system. Wi-Fi is available everywhere (both inside and outside). Externally we have an infinity pool, "L" shape dimensions 7 m x 11 m + 4 m x 5.30 m equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, garden lounge covered by a wooden pergola with curtain. The villa is surrounded on 4 sides by a private garden, all enclosed by a hedge. The paved area outside the building and the swimming pool is entirely in travertine marble stone. There is an independent entrance and ample parking space (about 10 cars) equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
