The villa is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden, equipped with a pergola for outdoor lunches and dinners, a barbecue and a relaxation area, next to the large L-shaped swimming pool (11 x 7 m, with an extension of 4 x 5 m).
The villa can accommodate up to 13 persons on two floors.
Ground floor: There are various open spaces, divided into a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen (cooker, refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, blender, toaster, American coffee and espresso machine, ice machine), a living room with sofas and satellite TV and stereo system. A double bedroom with satellite TV, a private bathroom with shower and access to the garden. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as iron and ironing board.
On the ground floor there is also a wellness area with a whirlpool bath (3.80 x 2.5 m, depth 1 m), sauna, 4 m² steam bath, 2 heated wellness loungers and a view of the outdoor area, 2 changing rooms with WC, showers and a bathroom suitable for the disabled.
First floor: 4 double rooms with satellite TV, all with private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Three of them have an additional single bed. Another living room with satellite TV: this area is only accessible by lift from the spa.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
