This cosy one-bedroom apartment, completely restored, is located on the second and last floor of an ancient building that was once a country residence, just 2 kilometres from the town centre of Montecatini Terme.
Small but equipped with all comforts, it will offer you an excellent base for discovering the beauty of the Valdinievole and Tuscany in general.

The living area consists of a kitchen, dining table and relaxation area. Going upstairs you will find the sleeping area with double bedroom and bathroom. La Colombaia apt has heating, air conditioning (for the sleeping area) and private parking inside.
It is a Tourist Lease, these are the rules:
- you must check-in online for all participants, which you will receive by email;
- you must sign the rental contract, which you will receive at the end of the check-in procedure
- you must show your documents for identity verification.
- It is important to handle the rubbish according to the host's instructions. If you are unable to handle the rubbish correctly on departure, please inform the host. If rubbish bags are found in the house during cleaning, a penalty of fifty euros may be charged.

In the garden of the villa each flat has its own private and reserved area, divided by high hedges. The one in the Colombaia apt is furnished with white iron seats and two comfortable deckchairs.

The neighbourhood of Traversagna, where La Colombaia apt is located, is a lively area where there are private homes, some bars, restaurants and neighbourhood shops within walking distance. The property is only 20-25 minutes by car from the beautiful city of Lucca, one of the jewels of Tuscany, and only 50 minutes from the historical centres of Florence and Pisa. The beaches of Versilia are about 35 km away and can be easily reached by motorway (Montecatini or Chiesina Uzzanese entrance). In addition to the nearby Montecatini Terme, with the Tettuccio spa (Unesco Heritage in 2021), the town of Pescia (7 km) and the historic centre of Pistoia (12 km) are worth a visit. For a little wellness in nearby Monsummano T. is Grotta Giusti with its swimming pool and natural thermal water grotto.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
