The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and a double bed or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture and a terrace and there are three barbecues and four air conditioners. You can park your car under two carports. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a shower, a toilet, a bidet and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a garage, a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and two fridge-freezers.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a playground equipment and there are two cots.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, two stoves, a coffee maker (espresso machine) and two stovetops.

Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
