Borgo di Zacco is located above Montecatini Terme, about 750m above sea level, within chestnut and pine trees and wonderful panoramic views. The property was carefully restored, sub-divided into two cosy apartments with a swimming pool, set in earth (8 x4,5m, internal steps, depth: 1.45 – 1.20m) at the exclusive disposal of the two apartments. If you are dreaming of holiday in Tuscany with warm sun, fresh air and good food, this is the place! The house disposes of a garden in common for the two apartments where the swimming pool is located, equipped with shower, deckchairs and sun-umbrellas. Each apartment has an own independent fenced outdoor area with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella and barbequeIdeal spot for families who travel together and could rent the whole property enjoying privacy and a private swimming pool in this case. The property is completely fenced, with hedge and net (height: 1.80m).There are many things to do! There are numerous tracks for lovers of trekking and bicycles! You may discover the characteristic hamlets of Cutigliano, Le Lari, Marliana, La Pievaccia or Garaiolo (about 2 km from the property) where we recommend to make a stop at the excellent restaurant Zacco where you may taste Tuscan specialities, home made pasta and fine wine. It is possible to visit some of the most important art cities of Tuscany such as Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the fortresses of the Lunigiana area.Small grocery at 200 m.Within an external staircase access to the 1st floor: entrance into a spacious living room with couches and upholstered chairs, dining room, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee brewer, 1 double bedroom with 1 additional single bed with 1 en-suite bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, washing machine. From the living room access to a terrace of about 15 sqm, there is a part of the garden which is completely fenced and equipped with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella and barbeque at the exclusive use of the guests of this apartment. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
