The holiday home for 12 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The villa occupies the entire farmhouse and is located in a panoramic area in the heart of Tuscany and the Val di Chiana. The area is panoramic and immersed in complete tranquillity but is easily accessible from both Arezzo and Cortona.

Guests of the villa can also make exclusive use of the outdoor spaces that include a large, well-kept garden, a place of relaxation for adults and fun for children, a pine forest including barbecue, table tennis table and volleyball court, and a large panoramic swimming pool, from which you can admire the enchanting Valdichiana landscape. The outside area is furnished with garden furniture including deckchairs, sunbeds, gazebos, etc. The agriturismo has private parking.

The villa of about 240 square metres is for exclusive use and is finished in classic Tuscan style with strictly original furniture. The 6 rooms (5 with double beds and 1 with two single beds) measure 22-28 sq m and are equipped with heating, mosquito nets and free wi-fi: the villa has 5 bathrooms complete with towels and bathroom kits. The ground floor, about 120 sq m, is for communal use and consists of the following rooms: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV and sofas; a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining area and finally a living room. On the first floor there are a further 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with armchairs and a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dining area.

In the surroundings, you can admire and make excursions in the Tuscan countryside. Art cities such as Cortona and Arezzo can be reached in a few minutes by car. Siena, Florence and Perugia are a 40-minute drive away.

The agriturismo provides you with free bicycles, maps and an entire interactive guide to discover the best places to visit and how to get there, where to taste the best meat and fish dishes and the events not to be missed during your stay. You will be able to consult our guide also with your Smartphone or Tablet and easily create every single day of your holiday.Guests will also be able to buy products from the agriturismo and the surrounding area including: wine, oil, typical products of the Val di Chiana. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
