General

The holiday home for 22 persons has nine bathrooms and nine bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a garden (fenced), a jacuzzi, a barbecue, an air conditioner and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Beautiful villa on a hill covered with olive trees in the heart of Valdichiana, 1500 metres from Marciano della Chiana, a small medieval village with several restaurants and grocery shops.

The villa offers panoramic views over the valley as far as Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino and the Montecchio Castle. During the restoration of the villa, some frescoes revealed traces of its former splendour.

The property is surrounded by a large fenced-in park with a spacious swimming pool (14 x 7 m, open from May to October), a gazebo with a wood-burning oven and barbecue, and a terrace equipped for outdoor dining.

The villa, consisting of a main house and an annexe, can accommodate a total of 22 people.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
