It is equipped with every comfort: wooden windows with double glazing and mosquito nets, wooden shutters, blackout curtains, air conditioning, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, kettle, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and a courtesy kit for our guests.

The outside of the farmhouse is an oasis of greenery, completely surrounded by a lush garden. Enjoy relaxing on our verandas, equipped with armchairs, tables and chairs, or have fun in the small children's playground. For moments of pure leisure, there is a swimming pool open from 30 May to 1 October, with reserved umbrellas and sun loungers. There is also an equipped communal outdoor kitchen and a barbecue area for your outdoor dinners.

The location of the agriturismo is perfect for exploring the Tuscan and Latium Maremma, with its beaches, mountains, spas and archaeological sites. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
