In the centre of Lucca, residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine, heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Public parking 50 m. Shop, grocery, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar 150 m, bus stop 100 m. Nearby attractions: Torre di Pisa 25 km, Firenze 60 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. Motorway close by. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.
