The apartment  is situated on the first floor of a residential complex to the right of the entrance gate. It is approximately 1.5 Km from the historical centre of Lucca and 1.2 Km from the railway station, making it easily accessible by train. The closest international airport to the accommodation is Pisa Airport (Galileo Galilei Airport – PSA) approximately a 30-minute drive or an hour’s journey on the train.

The flat features a modern open space layout with a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and induction cooker. The living area comprises a single sofa bed, a mobile-library with a Smart TV, a desk, and a French window leading to a balcony. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with a wardrobe and access to the balcony, as well as a bathroom with WC, washbasin, bidet, and shower box.

Nearby attractions include Versilia and its beaches, which are approximately 25 minutes by car or 35 minutes by train. Viareggio can be reached in 35 minutes by car or 50 minutes by train, while Forte dei Marmi is a 35-minute drive or 50 minutes by train away. Prato and Pistoia are also within reach, with Prato being a 45-minute drive and Pistoia a 40-minute drive from the flat, or 1 hour and 15 minutes (Prato) and 1 hour (Pistoia) by train. The renowned city of Florence is about a 1-hour drive or 1 hour and 40 minutes by train.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
