A peaceful oasis surrounded by greenery, not far from the sea, the city of Livorno, and the art cities.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former 14th-century watermill (natural stone house) and consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, another living room, a large kitchen-diner, a bathroom with a tub, and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4/5 people.
The apartment has two independent entrances. In front of each entrance, a garden area is entirely available to the residents. Guests can enjoy their meals outdoors. The property is spacious and borders the forest.
An outdoor grill is available for our guests. Our apartment is comfortably furnished, partly with antiques.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
