The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed, a single bed and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a table tennis table, a garden, a volleyball field, a boules court, a swimming pool, a patio, a bicycle and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two washbasins, a toilet and a bidet.

The open kitchen with its oven, hob, hood and fridge-freezer lets you prepare everything from hearty breakfasts to leisurely dinners with local ingredients. The bedroom includes both a double bed and a single bed, offering flexibility for families or friends. A neat bathroom with shower, bidet and essential comforts completes the home, while heating and insect screens ensure a pleasant stay in any season.

Step outside and enjoy the charm of shared gardens, a private patio with garden furniture, and plenty of space to relax under the Tuscan sun. Guests can use the communal BBQ for evenings outdoors, take refreshing swims in the shared 14 × 7 m pool (open May to October), or enjoy on-site activities like boules, table tennis or volleyball. On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
