General

The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds or two single beds, a double sofa bed and a single bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a set of garden furniture and a patio and there are two gardens. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two toilets, a bath, two bidets and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

The flat is located a few metres from the Chiantigiana road, 2 km from the centre of Greve in the heart of Chianti, only 15 km from Florence and about 35 km from Siena.
It overlooks a small private garden looking out over the hills through a large window. On the ground floor, the large living room with fireplace includes a well-equipped kitchen and a small utility room.
There is also an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven TV and air conditioning in every room.
Also on the ground floor a bedroom with private terrace and bathroom with bath/shower.
On the first floor a large double bedroom with bathroom/shower.
Both rooms can also be prepared with separate beds and the sofa in the living room can be a comfortable bed for two persons.
The owners are available to organise transfers, private guided or chauffeur-driven excursions, cycling tours and cooking classes. Discover where some of the world's best wines have been produced for centuries.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
