100 m² villa with two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, living room with open fireplace, kitchen, and dining room. A 20 m² covered, furnished veranda and well-maintained lawns complete the picture. A brick barbecue offers stunning views.

The 10 m x 5 m x 1.40 m swimming pool and the 3.30 m x 3.30 m heated hot tub are open from mid-May to the end of September and are included in the price. The pool and hot tub can be booked for an additional fee during the period before and after this time.

The cypress-lined driveway lends the property a luxurious feel.

The house is surrounded by an outer fence (approx. 10,000 m²) and an inner fence (approx. 1,800 m²).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
