The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, two single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a porch, a terrace, a garden, a barbecue, a swimming pool and a set of garden furniture and there are three air conditioners. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with two showers, three toilets, two bidets, a bath and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Built on a hillside, the house has two entrances: one at ground level via the entrance gate and a second access via 14 steps.

Ground floor – main entrance:

The outdoor area is a true highlight of the property. The beautiful swimming pool (17 m x 9 m, depth 1.50 m–2.20 m) is equipped with plenty of sun loungers, a sun umbrella and an outdoor shower. A covered outdoor dining area with barbecue invites you to enjoy long summer evenings, while children can play freely in the garden and adults relax with a glass of Chianti. The well-maintained garden, filled with Mediterranean plants, offers pure relaxation.

The owner’s son lives with his family below the swimming pool. Access to the property is shared, but the holiday home, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests. The owners are very discreet and always available to help if needed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
