Situated along the Arno River, the flat is within walking distance of the Ponte Vecchio and all the main monuments of Florence, which can be easily reached on foot, a perfect location for visiting Florence. The flat (approx. 150 sqm) is spread over two floors and can accommodate 4 people.

It has a beautiful garden, equipped with table and chairs and a panoramic terrace with a view over the garden, the Arno river and the monuments of Florence.

First floor (from the garden you climb 7 steps): 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a large living room and a study. Second floor: dining room, fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, electric oven, blender, toaster, American coffee machine), 1 bathroom with shower. The flat is located in the Oltrarno district in Florence, where you can admire some of the most famous and characteristic Renaissance buildings. The Santo Spirito Church designed by Brunelleschi , the Brancacci Chapel where you can admire Masaccio's frescoes and the Pitti Palace are worth a visit .
The Ponte Vecchio , the Uffizi Gallery and Florence Cathedral are within easy walking distance .
If you like walking you can reach Piazzale Michelangelo to enjoy Florence from above, enjoy an ice cream or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Near the house you will also find a small public park, the only green air in the centre of Florence. The neighbourhood has many restaurants, shops, supermarkets and an open-air market in Piazza Santo Spirito.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
