LOCATION Out flat is located in the area of "Oltrarno" (one of the sides of the river Arno), which is also know by the local people as the "Diladdarno" area. This part of the city is a completing part of the historic centre of florence and includes the famous districts of Santo Spirito and San Frediano. The living room is fully furnished with a comfortable armchair, a sofa bed, hi-fi system, arcade game console with over 100 games and a caffe table which can be turned into a fully functioning dinner table, able can accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen area includes an oven, dishwasher, fridge and all the kitchenware needed to cook any kind of meal. The access to the bathroom is through a pleasurable and traditional small stone room, fitted with a hydro-massage jets shower.
