The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a barbecue, a garden (fenced) and a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Delightful stone house, on three levels, part of an ancient rural complex that dates back to the late Middle Ages. Country house "La Vista", 200 m a.s.l., detached. 3.5 km from the centre of Vicchio, 37 km from the centre of Firenze, in a sunny position, 23 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: garden 1'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 04.Apr.. Motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
