In addition there is a swimming pool, a porch, a set of garden furniture, an air conditioner, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, six washbasins, a bath, six toilets, five showers and six bidets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a fridge-freezer.

This property can be rented individually or together with the main villa and is ideal for vacations with family and friends.

The villa is near the Manzano Golf & Spa Resort designed by Gary Player Design. Spend the day at nearby Cortona or visit nice places such as Camucia (7 km) or Montepulciano (27 km).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
