This beautifully restored traditional Maremma farmhouse is set in the stunning Tuscan countryside, featuring a private infinity pool and breathtaking panoramic views. Recently renovated and tastefully furnished, it accommodates up to 7 guests and is ideally located 30 km from Siena and 35 km from Grosseto, making it perfect for exploring Tuscany's cultural treasures and the Maremma coastline.

The spacious stone farmhouse (235 m²) offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a charming wood-burning stove, a traditional stone oven for baking pizza and bread, a cozy living room with fireplace, dining room, study, and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower on the ground floor.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms furnished with authentic Tuscan antiques: one with a French bed, one twin room, and one double room with an additional single bed on a mezzanine. The bathroom features a relaxing whirlpool bathtub. The master bedroom opens onto a large partially covered terrace with a BBQ, dining area, and sun loungers, ideal for outdoor meals while enjoying the views.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
