The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a garden, a solarium, a barbecue and a jacuzzi. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

In the green of the unspoilt Tuscan hills, immersed in a private nature reserve is the holiday home 'Le Corniole', a place where tranquillity and serenity reign.

The typical Tuscan farmhouse covers an area of 150 square metres and is ready to accommodate up to 10 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Inside you will find all kinds of comforts and services to enable you to enjoy an optimal experience all year round. A large fireplace and the new biological heating system guarantee the right temperature even in the winter months. The fully equipped kitchen is at the complete disposal of guests, as are the barbecue and wood-burning oven outside. In the large garden there is a solarium, a 4x9m swimming pool with a panoramic view of the Tuscan hills and a 2x2m hot tub.

Le Corniole Holiday House is about 20 minutes from the Arezzo exit of the A1 motorway. Its strategic position in the Chianti area is perfect as a starting point for an in-depth visit of Tuscany with its main art cities - Arezzo, Cortona, Siena and Florence.

It is also the perfect place to practice various outdoor sports such as trekking, bird watching, mountain biking and fishing. On request, we organise activities to meet the needs of each guest, such as truffle hunting, wellness spa treatments, wine and typical product tastings, horseback riding and Tuscan cooking classes.

At the A1 Arezzo exit, our guide will be waiting for you and will accompany you to the Casale.

Absolute privacy in a fairytale location, close to the Medieval Castle of Gargonza. The property has 4 double rooms and 2 bathrooms, the rooms can accommodate up to 12 people with the addition of bunk beds. There is also a large fireplace where you can cook wonderful roast meat and another fireplace is in one of the bedrooms. Perfect for a whole week, a romantic weekend or a 3-day hunting trip.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
