This impressive country house is located in Rivalto, a small medieval village between Chianni (3 km) and Casciana Terme (thermal baths, 5 km away), in the rolling hills near Pisa. It is a place full of atmosphere and tranquillity. The house is only 300 metres from the village, in a breathtaking position with a view over the valley and the hills of Volterra. In Rivalto there is a restaurant and a small grocery shop, while in Chianni there are a few restaurants serving typical Tuscan dishes and a few shops. An excursion around the village and up to Chianni, among vineyards and olive groves typical of the Tuscan countryside, is an experience you will never forget. Volterra is 35 km away, San Gimignano 45 km, Pisa 38 km, Siena and Florence 70 km.

The house (210 sqm) is an old farmhouse that has been completely renovated and furnished with taste and comfort.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
