The holiday home for 18 persons has seven bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, four single beds, four double beds or two single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a heater, a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a barbecue, a terrace and a garden and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car on eight parking lots. The badroom is equipped with six showers, six bidets, nine washbasins and seven toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there are three cots and three high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a stovetop and a stove.

Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
