Detailed information
This authentic house stands in a unique panoramic position at the gateway to the Chianti region. A short private road leads to the house through olive groves, vineyards and woods, the typical Chianti landscape. The two-storey building is set into the natural slope of the land, so both floors have an entrance without stairs and a lovely terrace.
The holiday villa can accommodate 8-10 people. It has four double bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace on the lower floor and a pergola on the upper floor. The lower floor includes a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. There is access to the loggia. The upper floor houses a kitchen (with stove and dishwasher), a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub, a living room and a dining room. A cot is available.
The private swimming pool surrounded by greenery, in a unique panoramic position, offers a beautiful view of the valley and has sun loungers for all guests, as well as shaded outdoor areas. The large grounds are completely fenced off and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. It is planted with olive trees. The covered terrace is equipped with a marble table and chairs for dining. The second terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a sun umbrella and sun loungers, as well as an additional table and chairs. The garden has a barbecue and a swing. Wi-Fi is only available at the pool and outside the Pergola.
Breakfast, half board or full board can be booked at the Agri Resort, owned by the same owners, just 300 metres away. A cook and a first load can also be booked.
The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 15 October.
The Agri Resort has an equestrian centre and a tennis court, which guests can use free of charge. A typical Tuscan restaurant is 300 metres away, while other restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, petrol stations, etc. are only 5 km away. The house is ideally located for visiting the most important cities of art such as Siena (40 km), Arezzo (45 km) and Florence (50 km). The Chianti wine cellars are only about 20 minutes away. There are hiking trails signposted by the Italian Alpine Club.
