Surrounded by nature and breathtaking views, it provides a tranquil base from which to discover the flavours, beauty and culture of Chianti.

The entrance is via a flight of stone stairs which leads to a communal balcony and then the front door.

The brightly painted living area is divided into two parts. On one side is the kitchen/diner and on the other the sitting room. The modern open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, a coffee maker, electric kettle and a fridge/freezer. The dining table can seat four people. Guests can relax on the comfortable sofa in the sitting room and watch TV.

The cosy bedroom has a painted beamed ceiling and is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The cute bathroom is appointed with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

The surrounding area offers an abundance of culinary and cultural experiences. Guests will find an abundance of vineyards and wine cellars offering tastings, as well as numerous restaurants serving authentic Tuscan cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients.Some of Italy’s most captivating cities and historic villages are easily accessible from the property. Florence, just over an hour away, is home to world-renowned museums, galleries, and Renaissance architecture. Siena, only 30 minutes away, captivates visitors with its medieval charm and hosts the thrilling Palio horse race in the stunning Piazza del Campo each year on July 2 and August 16. San Gimignano, an hour away, is famous for its striking skyline of medieval towers and well-preserved old town.Those planning to cook at home will find a wide selection of high-quality produce, cheeses, and olive oils at the local markets. Siena’s large weekly market on Wednesdays is a highlight, while a smaller, more intimate market takes place on Friday mornings.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
