The 70 m² interior is cosy and well-equipped: you will find a living room with satellite TV and a large fireplace for relaxing evenings. The open kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals (gas cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, Italian coffee machine). The accommodation includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, accessible via the living room. The bathroom has a shower, complete with hairdryer.

Outside, guests can enjoy a small private terrace, ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing moments. The large communal garden, with a children's playground and table tennis, offers plenty of space to relax and play, making this house the perfect choice for those travelling with young children.

The house houses four flats and a swimming pool (9x5 m, open from June to September, with shower area).
All accommodation is comfortable and typically Tuscan in a charming farmhouse whose origins date back to the Middle Ages, when the area was part of two ancient Benedictine monasteries. The farmhouse is only 12 km from the beaches of Castiglioncello, Rosignano, La Mazzanta and Vada, on the Etruscan Coast.
Guests also have access to a washing machine, Wi-Fi, barbecue, parking and delicious olive oil for a wonderful tasting experience. On arrival you will receive a welcome gift with local products, including home-produced olive oil.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
