The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). With a 400 m² private garden and swimming pool (7.5 m² in diameter, round, up to 120 cm deep and with shower area, open from June to September), this 80 m² flat for 9 persons, with separate entrance, is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, where the owner lives on the ground floor. It is ideal for large families or groups of friends. Living room with TV and double sofa bed, kitchen (cooker, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, Italian coffee maker and washing machine), two double bedrooms, one bedroom with 3 beds, two bathrooms with shower (hairdryer).
Amenities: Air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets on the windows. Pets are welcome.

Beautiful and comfortable typically Tuscan accommodation in a lovely farmhouse whose origins date back to the Middle Ages, when the area was the territory of two ancient Benedictine monasteries. The farm is only 12 km from the beaches of Castiglioncello, Rosignano, La Mazzanta and Vada on the Costa degli Etruschi.
The farm has been producing excellent olive oil (now certified organic) since the 1960s.
Guests also have access to a table tennis table, a children's playground, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a barbecue, a car park and delicious olive oil for a wonderful tasting experience. A welcome gift with local products, including the farm's own olive oil.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
