A private 18x5 meter pool, nestled among century-old oak trees, invites guests to unwind in total privacy and comfort.
Set in the village of Orentano, the villa is ideally positioned to explore Tuscany’s most celebrated cultural sites. Pisa, Lucca, and Montecatini Terme are within a 30-minute drive, while Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, and the stunning Cinque Terre coastline can be reached in about an hour. The surrounding countryside is rich in vineyards, olive groves, and medieval villages, offering ample opportunities for scenic drives, food and wine tours, and historical exploration.
The farmhouse features multiple living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a beautifully restored lemon house converted into a large dining and living area. Guests can enjoy meals in the glazed poolside dining space or explore the villa’s lush grounds and woodland surroundings. The property includes a charging station for electric vehicles (available for a daily fee), outdoor surveillance for security, and all utilities, towels, linens, and final cleaning included in the rental.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
