Our area is rich in artistic, natural, enogastronomic beauties, including Montecucco DOCG, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Morellino di Scansano and excellent extra virgin olive oil

The property is a semi-detached house with a small country restaurant, the guest flat is called Villa RosaSpina (on two floors) and has a private swimming pool exclusively for guests and a garden with barbecue. On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace, table for 8-10 people, and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen + wood-burning stove. On the second floor a corner with table, coffee machine, fridge, large bedroom with double bed, sofa bed, study with the possibility of adding 2 single beds or joinable.bathroom with shower

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
