This villa is a wonderful stone country house surrounded by a natural and unique scenery, inside a big landed property of about 1606,18 acres, that rises upon a hill full of olive trees and wine yards. The villa is in Tuscany, 10 km far from the sea, in the most internal part of the famous Costa degli Etruschi. In the property there are, in addition to This villa, other properties, all independent and separated one from the other. These country houses were once built as farmers houses, who worked in the farm. Nowadays these properties are all used for tourist reception.
This villa is the perfect place where you can spend a holiday, enjoying the relax and beauties of Tuscany, surrounded by perfumes and colours of this beautiful country area, with a stunning view on the nearby hills. The villa can easily host up to 8 guests and it has got a wide garden that surrounded all the property, full of equipped area with a veranda, dining table and barbecue, perfect to cook and taste your favourite dishes outside. In front of the house there is the wonderful panoramic swimming pool (measures 10x5mt, depth 1,50 mt) perfectly sun exposed during the day, complete of an outdoor shower and deckchairs, that is the ideal frame for the breathtaking view of the valley below, and a solarium for your relaxing moments. The pool has the possibility of being heated on request, so that you can use it also during the cooler days.

INTERIOR
The villa is composed by two levels connected by an internal stairway. The property opens directly on the kitchen, wide and large, fully equipped with all you need to prepare your favourite dishes. The kitchen overlooks an external veranda fitted with a dining table, where you can spend a romantic evening under the moonlight or making a tasty barbecue with friends. Going on, you enter into the dining room, where you can find a wide dining table, and, going ahead, there is the living room, furnished in typical Tuscan way, with a sofa and two comfortable armchairs, a TV, a DVD player and a stereo. From the dining room there is the access to a double bedroom and to two bathrooms: one is a toilet, and the other is a full bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor you can also find a comfortable and practical laundry with a washer and all you need for your linen. Going up with the internal stairway, you can access to the first floor dedicated to the sleeping area, where you can find a bedroom with two single beds, and two double bedrooms. All the bedrooms have private ensuite bathroom with shower.
This villa has Wi-Fi free internet connection and air conditioning. Moreover, all the bedrooms have mosquito nets. Pets allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
