Small holiday complex consisting of 4 semi-detached houses, each with 2 apartments, each with a separate entrance.
The villas are surrounded by a pretty communal garden with a pool, which is available to all guests.
The communal pool is open from May to October. There are sun loungers, parasols and showers (cold and warm).
The residence is about 1500 m from Capoliveri where there are shops, restaurants, etc.
Straccoligno beach is only about 1.5 km away; Here you can rent inflatable pedal boats.
The island of Elba is located approximately 10 km from the mainland and, with a surface area of 224 square kilometers, is the largest island in the Tuscan archipelago and the third largest in Italy.
The mild climate, the 147 km long, varied coastline, which opens up to numerous crystal-clear water beaches in front of the majestically rising Monte Capanne (1019 m), make Elba ideal for a relaxing holiday in untouched nature.
Elba made its major historical appearance during the short but blessed reign of Napoleon (1814 - 1815). There are still many traces of Napoleon's reign on the island today: the city palace Dei Mulini, the summer residence of San Marino and the ancient churches of Portoferraio and Marciana (Madonna del Monte)

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
