The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of Capalbio and only 5 minutes by car from the beach. The villa was completely renovated in 2024 and is available for rent from 2025. With its 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms on a 4,000 m² plot, it can accommodate up to 14 guests.

The property consists of two buildings. The main building extends over two levels and offers a living and kitchen area as well as three bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor and another bedroom with a double bed and a cinema on the lower floor. The tower room is furnished with a sofa bed and offers space to relax and read or simply unwind if you are looking for a quiet retreat for yourself.

The annexe offers an additional three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with bunk beds, and can therefore accommodate six guests.

The outdoor area is characterised by olive trees and well-tended green areas, and the pool with its dark blue colour creates a particularly elegant atmosphere.

The offer is therefore primarily aimed at families or a small group of friends who are looking for a quiet holiday villa with pool surrounded by greenery and at the same time appreciate the proximity to the sea.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
