Located on the edge of the forest and on the edge of a hill: apartments in two-story terraced houses, surrounded by a large, well-kept garden and a children's playground. The complex also includes a remarkably large communal pool. The spacious apartments are comfortably furnished in Tuscan style, and you can enjoy your meals al fresco on the balcony or terrace. The pool area with a separate children's pool is surrounded by lawns and sun loungers, ideal for relaxing! For sports enthusiasts, there is a tennis court (for a fee), a five-a-side football pitch, and ping pong table. A poolside bar with a terrace also offers hot and cold food for light lunches. Kids' club for children aged 4 and over (July 1 - August 31). An ideal starting point for a seaside holiday and for exploring the extraordinarily beautiful surroundings. Suvereto is located on a hill north of the Cornia River valley, less than 15 kilometers from the sea. Discover the well-preserved medieval old town, home to the ruins of a medieval castle. Note: WiFi is available outdoors only. Nearby activities: Visit Campiglia Marittima, which attracts many visitors with its well-preserved medieval town. Thanks to its beautiful location on a small hill, it offers splendid views of the Mediterranean Sea. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
