The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday flat is located on the first floor of a historic building in Montemagno, a medieval village of Calci in the hills of the province of Pisa.

The flat has a furnished terrace covered by a pretty pergola. It is full of flowers and is the perfect place to spend evenings in company, with a barbecue and a good wine. There is also an outside bathroom with shower. Those arriving by car can park in the public car park about 80 metres away. Parking in front of the house entrance is only allowed for loading and unloading.

The house was built in the 18th century and last restored in 2005. The entrance to the house is on the ground floor, from which a staircase leads to the first floor. The flat is ideal for a family holiday or with a group of friends, as it has four bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x190cm). They are also equipped with a wardrobe and bedside tables. The kitchen is spacious and has a rustic atmosphere. In the centre is a solid wood dining table and chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, toaster and refrigerator with freezer. The large fireplace can be used on request and firewood is provided at a small extra cost. The large living room is bright. In front of the fireplace (which cannot be used) is a seating area with upholstered furniture, where you can comfortably sip coffee. Next to it is a dining table with chairs and another sofa against a wall. One of the sofas can be converted into a double bed. The flat has two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub with shower attachment. The flat is equipped with a TV set with DVBT reception, computer, free internet access, washing machine, heating and fans. Thanks to the thick exterior stone walls and the hillside location, it does not require air conditioning. There is a cot in one of the bedrooms. On request, a folding bed for one person can be set up in the kitchen.

Shops and a supermarket are about 1 km away. There is a restaurant within walking distance of Montemagno. The art cities of Tuscany are also easily reachable: Pisa in 15 minutes by car, Lucca in 20 and Florence in about an hour. Sports facilities and a swimming pool are 2 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
