The holiday home for 10 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool (private) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

This modern villa lies between Lucca and Pisa on the border of the village of Cascine in an excellent strategic position.From here it is possible to visit the historical towns and to explore all parts of Tuscany. The house is surrounded by a large garden of 1500 sqm, completely fenced, with mature trees giving shade and lawns, making it an ideal playground for children. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
